I love Anya hotel. I use to come here everyday. I love the restaurant and the coffee also. It’s a fancy and comfortable place to relax is work with your lab top. The stuff is gently and nice. The quality of the coffee and the food is amazing too. That’s the best place in Quy Nhon by far. I’m a fan. 😊❤️
In general, the hotel is not a 5-star one as it was listed. We had two nights in a Premier Signature Ocean room. Good parts: 1. Spacious room. 2. Located in the center with many good restaurants surrounded. 3. Very nice balcony for some breezes. 3. Quite nice cafe/bistro for a drink on ground floor. 4. Long swimming pool. The pool cafe on the top served good cake with reasonal prices. 5. The best view from a gym that you can think of. Need improvement parts: 1. Cleaning quality of the properties and room. We see dusts a lot in our room. 2. There was no water curb around the bathtub area, which left the space with waters on the floor after any single bath. 3. They did not clean the room until I asked for it, when it was 4 pm. 4. The breakfast was not at a 5-star standards, in term of the quality of the breakfast items.
It calls 5 stars hotel but cant Compare with some 4 stars hotel in Danang. 1/ plus Point - Nice room Decorate. - good view at swimming pool _good breakfast 2/ minus point - room Smaller than They list on Booking.com - Soundproof isnt good can hear noise outside ( walking, talking) - no umbrella incase Rain for customer - staff At buffet breakfast playing phone when working, they chated loudy, and Dont Clean The floor when Customers Throw Food and Trast on Floor. Or not Clean floor properly when it Wet and Customer almost fell. The price of the room seem Very good therefore many Poeple stay doesnt follow 5 stars Behaviors like ( wasnt wearing correct Clothes when swimming in the pool. Go to Elevator with Wet Clothes after swimming. And Made wet and Mess everywhere. Talk Loudy. Throw Food and Trash on the floor. Maybe the hotel Havent Got The correct manager to train the Staff be a 5 stars service or list the policy for custommer to follow 5 Stars Ways so it will not Disturb to Other guest and Effect to review of Hotel
