Anyavee Aonang Bay

The hotel is very well located, few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Also it has a very nice local design. The rooms are big and have a big balcony with views. Breakfast is average, not stunning but enough. The only thing we did not like as much is that the bathroom is quite old and would be better to have the tube removed and put a shower instead. The staff were super friendly. I recommend it!

Pool was manky as, algae floating around, super cloudy. Kinda the only reason we booked was for the pool. Rooms needed a good clean, sheets were stained. Bathroom was odd, had the shower but it wasn’t mounted so had to hold it while showering but it wouldn’t reach above my head so had to crouch. Location was good but overall you could get a better place for same price. We cut our trip short because of this hotel

Firstly, we booked the airport collection shuttle with the hotel 2 weeks before arrival, with confirmation received from the hotel. However, they completely forgot to arrange our transport and we were nearly stranded. We had to arrange our own transport after calling the hotel with them initially saying we made no booking but another staff member found it. The bathroom was quite disappointing as the showers leaked into the room. We had to use all the towels to mop up the water. The beds weren't bad - pretty average. Breakfast... very disappointing. Limited options, not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. No extra sachets of milk or coffee given. One single ply toilet roll per day for 2 people sharing. Nice pool area. Nice location.
