The staff was amazing here and I can’t thank them enough for their helpfulness and generosity. This is a prime example how service can overcome product. Despite the accessible rooms not being big enough to navigate, the staff did their best to accommodate us by taking us to multiple rooms. Both the first night and second. The staff at the bar was always attentive and gave us all the ice we needed. Thank you Hilton!

My wife and I spent a night here from Saturday to Sunday and found this hotel very comfortable. The location is great for walks along the Thames Path and there is lots of history connected to this part of Rotherhithe. The building itself must be converted from some warehouse or port structure of the past, as testified by exposed brick walls and other features. Our room was remarkably spacious and the bed comfortable. We had asked for a twin room and confirmed this at check-in, but ended up with a double bed. Our evening meal was good, as were the drinks in the bar in the evening.

For a Hilton Hotel I was very underwhelmed by the quality of the fixtures and fittings of our room. Having said that I normally sleep very poorly, but on the night we were there I had the best nights sleep in many months. The bed was so comfy so I can't really complain about anything. The room was very clean and tidy and for one evening it was more than adequate. Breakfast, even though it was buffet style there was plenty to choose from and well cooked and hot.
