Ao Nang View Lavilla Hotel

The best budget hotel and the hospitality of the staff is awesome. Other guests probably have higher expectations but this is a budget hotel and it deserves 5 star for a budget hotel. Despite no lift, staff assisted to carry my heavy luggage to level 2 upon arrival and departure. I booked via Agoda and the room is exactly as how it's described on the website. Overall, husband and I are happy guests.

Staff was ok. Beds are twin box springs that should have been replaced years ago. If you need a good night's sleep don't stay here,as it's right next to a bar with live music 7 days a week. The music is very loud like it's in the next room. Showers are hot,but nozzles are so old the spray goes all directions. Also there is no elevator, so I recommend getting a low level room. WiFi didn't work well either. I could go on and on,but you get the point. Best thing was the restaurant attached to the hotel, listed with a separate name, but it was very good.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT book this accomadation!! It is dirty!! The toilet and showers were full of spiders the fridge was dirty. There was a smell out of the room. The WiFi isn’t great. And they put us in a room with NO WINDOW!! 6am there were kids running up and down the corridor making loud noises and no staff asked for them to keep quiet so it resulted me in having to get up.. the floors were soaked in sand and water and I dropped my phone and smashed my screen!! My runners also were stolen from outside the hotel.. hotel policy not allowed to wear shoes inside.. I put the sign on my door for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels and the room wasn’t touched! In result I checked myself out and is now staying across the road in a beautiful place..
