This is a posh hotel. The reception at level 42, which is second highest floor in the building tower. The design of this hotel is inspired by a tribe in China. The whole hotel is with wooden furnished. The hotel amenities provided for the hotel residents are very good quality and they also provide some free drinks in the fridge. Good location as Wanda shopping mall and indoor ski is just right opposite the hotel about 10 minutes walking distance and the ice sculpture is about 15 mins driving distance. If you’re interested in the area touring, the hotel can provide you a very good service of tour advices and arrangement. However I find the sound proofing in this hotel is not good as I can even hear the phone ringing from next door and I can hear water flowing when the next door using the bathroom. But overall I am satisfied with the overall.

Room was like a sauna, highest recorded was +29degrees. Thats when we called the reception and they sent a service man to come and look. Apparently there is no cooling here only heating during winter. No matter what setting was put in the thermostat it didn't help. Solution was to open the window, which helped a little but still, the temperature came down only to 27.5c during the night. Also breakfast was not that tasty. Note to foreign travellers, Amex and Mastercard did not work here for paying deposit. Location is a bit far from the attractions of Harbin. Service was good, and apologetic with regards of our issues during the stay. Also breakfast options were not so tasty and variety was limited compared to many other hotels. Evening snack wonton's and noodles were excellent though! Unfortunately cannot recommend staying here, as even with the level of service, the premises are having fundamental issues which weaken the quality of the stay.
