Great Hotel and location. A great hotel if you want to be close to the city center. Very clean. Good breakfast. And Yati Dedi was very kind and helpful at breakfast.
Me and several people got bad food poisoning!! Some even needed to go to the emergency! It took me a week to recover. When reported, they clearly did not have an SOP to manage these incidents and there was no manager on hand to handle the situation. DO NOT HOST OR STAY HERE! This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating and should be reported.
Three days of meetings and workshops at this hotel (May 2–4, 2025). On the second day, I started having diarrhea, and by the third day I was completely down—weak, with over 12 bouts of diarrhea from very early morning until 8 am. My stomach was bloated, and when I burped, it smelled really sour. A hotel staff member took me to the hospital and covered the cost. The doctor diagnosed me with food poisoning. And it wasn’t just me—according to the workshop organisers, more than half of the workshop participants experienced diarrhea and digestive issues. It’s ironic—after a lifetime of eating street food in Jakarta without issues, I end up getting food poisoning at this Jakarta's 4-star hotel.
