AP Lago Montargil Conference & Spa

Fantastic views, good facilities and variety across the resort, very friendly staff and well priced location. We will return as we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the restaurant a la carte is well worth it and the food is well made and tasty. We didn’t give the five stars for the little details, such as lack of soap in the Spa circuit and minor cosmetic details, with these small changes it would be a solid five stars for me. Recommended.

The hotel infrastructure is fantastic. The staff are very friendly, they are understaffed in the kiosks and bars. You order food or drinks, it takes 1 hour to be made. The rooms are really nice, pools and infrastructure are great. Just don't bother trying to order drinks or food to spend additional money. People spent most of their holiday queueing for dinners and food. Even for the buffet breakfast, you have to queue while they show each individual couple to their table. There was a queue of 15 people. The breakfast buffet is good, the lunch, dinner buffet is very poor quality food and the restaurant a panela is mediocre.

The hotel is ok, needs a bit of renovation, staff is friendly, breakfast is good for a 4* to a for a 5* not really… The bedrooms and cleaning is really good. But there’s a major issue in the winter time, the inside pool is only accessible by the outside… 🤯 So you need to cross all the hotel in your pool clothes go for the front desk, go outside, walk in pool clothes outside with like 2 degrees Celsius 🤯🤯 2 to 3min walk and you arrived to the pool… anyway is a game try not get sick.
