Clean hotel, polite people!!!

Very big hotel close to the motorway exit. Not in the city center, off 3km from main shopping center, Castle and Corso

It’s evident the staff cares about the guests having a good experience, but there were just too many issues: First night: - Booking said airport shuttle, there was no shuttle. Made returning my car rental more difficult. - The left elevator was pitch black, no lights at all. - The fridge had open water bottle in it partially drunk. I thought my wife opened it so I drank it but she thought it was me. So we drank a stranger’s water. yuk. Poor room turnaround. - Queen bed is actually two squishy tiny mattresses that constantly split apart. Couldn’t sleep on them well; only was able to sleep 3-4 hrs all night. - Shower (and bathroom sink) was inconsistent temperatures; cycled between super hot and cold. Even the water pressure was inconsistent. - Loud Construction noises 8 am to 10 am We were moved to a suite for the second night, which had a clean fridge, much comfier bed, and bigger room, but had two new issues: - Toilet flush didn’t “flush” away the solid contents. - Air Conditioner was a lot weaker. There’s a solid foundation to work from and effort in the additional services, but the core of a hotel stay (good sleep + shower) need work.
