Its very convenient to book this room as it is very near to the city center, the republic square,restos and supermarkets. The room is very clean and comfortable. The owner is also very accommodating. We will surely book here whenever we are in Yerevan

The room is clean, very nicely and comfortably furnished. Beautiful design, all amenities, including a stove, ironing board, iron, kettle, detergents, towels, slippers, etc. And in addition, the owner treated us to peaches in the morning. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We stopped for one night while passing through. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner greeted me at the door. I wrote from the airport, the estimated travel time and they were waiting for us. Clean, quiet and cozy. The room has everything you need: a kettle, cups and even a cooking set: dishes, stove. Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, small refrigerator and safe in the room. The bathroom contains closed soap, clean towels, mini shampoos and disposable slippers. Convenient location. I am very glad that my husband and I chose this place. The room is very quiet and dark at night - great for sleeping! We will be happy to stay here again if we find ourselves in Yerevan.
