Apart Hotel Legend

Really nice, clean and comfy apart hotel, breakfast whit basket was great, lot of choice. There is free garage parking in apartment price. Pool is nice and clean. Everything was great, except the room cleaning, they didn't give us fresh towels for all our stay (3 nights) and they didn't refill bathroom accessories at all, that was odd, never experienced that in hotel, especially in 4* hotel.

The hotel personell was kind and the lake was beautiful. The fan was very loud at night in the bathroom and in the washroom, I woke up several times. The train was also very noisy from the street, not to mention the game on Friday night. There is no dishwasher, which does not go well with the strange breakfast mode. The dogs are being charged a lot for cleaning. No extra chairs or lockers to pack. They could have warned about the separate sauna pavilion on booking, as well as the fact that you have to have breakfast in the room. They could have sent advance information about applying for free and discount programs with card in the area, because that way we couldn't apply when we arrived, it was too late. Even the most important information is not written in English, only in German.

Very poor quality of the bed, suppose to be queen/king size bed but it was two single beds joined to one. If I knew this before I would never book the room. There is a problem with hot water in kitchen and there is no extraction fan to pull away cooking odour. Service was great, very friendly staff and location is nice. Sauna and the pool are also very nice and clean.
