Apart Hotel Lili2

Ani and Kristi were the staff members who welcomed us at the reception. We were treated very well and professionally by the entire team during our stay at the hotel. We stayed for three nights, and the staff was always available – either at the front desk or at the café bar next door, which is also part of the hotel. Communication was quick and easy via email or WhatsApp, which made everything even more convenient. I also highly recommend booking a private trip to the Blue Eye or other beautiful spots in the area directly through them. Our time in Saranda was truly impressive, thanks to Ani, Kristi, and the overall experience at Hotel Lili2.

Really loved this experience! Clean, modern rooms with a beautiful view and very friendly staff. Highly recommend booking transfers/tours with their suggested company (Juber). Thank you Ani & everyone for a wonderful stay!

Good rooms, good view from the place and teraces. Location, terrible, its scary to go up there with a car, or downwards, suroudning is with garbage, buildings all arround in construction and etc. Its like over 900 stairs,from the road to get up there to the hotel, if you go by foot. Staff, support, understanding with guests- ZERO! Been there 2 times in period of one year. First visit, had to cancel like day or two shorter, kid got flu and temperature, we had to return back home really fast. Staff didnt had understanding for that, they didnt want to return back money...they said-Its your problem, its not ours...We reserved again there, to improve our first impressions. We went to travel there, but its 660km road to Sarande from my home town. At the border passsage Mavromati, 23:00pm, border was closed, we didnt know that they work till 22:00. We had make circles back, to Kakavia passage, to get there early in the morning in the hotel and Sarande. Staff welcomed us, with a note-we need to pay past night, cause we allready booked, its our problem, that we didnt came there at specific time and date. We didnt slept there, we didnt eat, we didnt entered the room or etc, The hotel was empty, but yet they didnt care about borders or situation, they care about the money, it have to be paid. We left, same day ASAP. Never again there! You have to work on your attitude, a lot, Its not always about the money.
