I lowered my rating from 5 stars to 2 due to the indiscriminate abuse of prices. In recent months, the hotel has quadrupled its prices in dollars, why in dollars? Because with a dollar more expensive a premium deluxe room would cost you between 50,000 to 75,000 pesos per person while today it is around 250,000 when for that money you have 4 star hotels that include everything. Here you only have a bare room with nothing, with a TV and a generic medium/low power whirlpool. The heated pool is very good but too contaminated because it is not only for the hotel guests but you can meet strangers on the street who paid to only use the pool, something extremely unpleasant for the guests since no one controls the hygiene and they end up finding everything in the water (4th time I go and last because for that money I go to a luxury hotel) It is unfortunate that hotels like this shoot themselves in the foot in this way..
Terrible service. They lie about the check-in time (it's 2 p.m., but the room signs say it's 12 p.m.). Zero tolerance for late checkouts. The breakfast is a disgrace. The common areas are not good. I wouldn't return even if they gave me a free stay.
The only thing I can say about this place is that I would never return and I would not recommend it in the least. We made a deposit via WhatsApp for 238,000 pesos, when we arrived they asked us how many days we were staying and I told them it was for one night and they told me the minimum was two nights, something they never told me via WhatsApp, they told me that if it was only for one night I had to withdraw and I would lose the deposit, to this I add that it was 3 hours in the cold with my two little daughters asking me to stay because I gave them a lot of money and they also did not want to return it to me and that they would never have told me such a thing. We were so demanding what was owed to me that we had to call the police for help because the older lady was screaming at me like crazy, spitting all over my face, and the other, younger girl yelled at my daughter not to film, saying that it was prohibited, and my daughter was playing Roblox. A 10-year-old doesn't do that, I told her, and she replied that her niece is 7 and was doing it, which doesn't seem professional to me. Thanks to the Baradero police who forced them to recognize each other's passwords and let us spend the night, but we had to pay an extra 50,000 pesos. We entered and the bathroom had no light, hot water only lasted for 2, and the towels were super old, there was no chair to rest on, the electric kettle was broken, and on top of that, they were scolding us at night because the car was right in the parking lot and there were no signs indicating where to park it properly. In the end, we ended up paying $288,000 pesos for a horrible night, with very thin pillows and the terrible time they made us go through, leaving my daughters so cold and stealing from us right in front of our faces. They wanted us to leave even after leaving them the deposit. A disgusting place and terrible service. On top of that, they had on their computer that I had put down 338,000 pesos, and I was honest and told them that wasn't the amount, that it was 238,000. Anyway, when you want to leave this ordeal, they won't let you in until they've checked you for one of those filthy towels, and they count the cutlery in every color they have. Ugly, horrible, and mistreatment. Alert: Take care of your children in these places.
