A very well-located place with good parking. Good bedrooms. Items need to be checked, like the hairdryer, which didn't work, and the smaller bedside lamp. Very good service from Javier. Excellent. They give you a snack. We weren't cold, even though it was raining constantly. Very good cleanliness.

Regretted staying here. We needed a 2 bedroom. The location is boring. There was nothing around the area. The service was, at best, perfunctory. The apartment was basic with barely any utensils in the kitchen so we coildn’t cook. The living room was small and uncomfortable to sit around for socializing. The weird part thst made us laugh was how indifferent the staff are. No smiles. No warm hello.

conseguem imaginar como é chegar de um dia de esqui sonhando com um banho quente pra aquecer o corpo e relaxar e ter que jogar uma agua no corpo rapidamente pra não correr o risco de ter que tomar banho frio??? o apart hotel viva providencia te presenteia com esta incrível experiência (contem ironia)…. deveriam colocar este aviso no ato da reserva, não após o checkin quando a cobrança já foi realizada no seu cartão e não aceitam o cancelamento da reserva. LAMENTÁVEL!
