Noisy place if you open a window, can hear cars driving all night. Bathroom is pretty worn out. Would not stay there more than once

I read so many negative reviews that I doubted for a long time whether it was worth moving in. Everything turned out to be the opposite: decent place, polite staff. They gave us a board and an iron and agreed to make breakfast early (it starts at 8 o’clock). Breakfast is continental, you have to order in the evening, but it is tasty and the portions are sufficient. The room is comfortable, with windows facing the courtyard, so it is quiet, despite the center. The bed is large and comfortable. Bathrobe and slippers available. The other room has a stove and refrigerator for those who want to cook themselves. In general, a good place for the money, I didn’t see any negativity. Next time I will try to stay here

We stayed with friends at this hotel on October 13, 2024. We came for work. We booked Comfort rooms for 2 nights. The comfort ends with the name. We spent the night there one night out of 2 and moved out, spent the night - that's a strong word. Friends got up at 5 in the morning from the terrible noise on the street, I from the fact that at 4.40 outside the window the gates opposite the hotel opened and cars with sand and paving stones were pulled into the construction site, for exactly an hour a concrete mixer was working at full capacity under the window, mixed with the screams of drivers and security guards. We asked to change the room the next night, the administrator told us that it was not their problem outside the window, when presented with photographs from the website depicting the room for which the full amount had been paid when booking on the website, they asked us to at least check into it, since the room upon check-in did not match at all. It was said that it was already occupied and there were no others in this price category, if you don’t like it, move out. Which is what we did the next evening. Nobody returned the money to us for the difference in accommodation. Please add photos of real rooms and bathrooms to the site, and also warn that there is construction in front of the hotel starting at 5 o'clock, and that the rooms may be dismantled before your arrival. Because upon arrival, it’s not their problem, but yours.
