Top notch guy at the restaurant- his humour combined with his excellent service made it worth the stay. Rooms are great but oven works and trips the electricity. Although its an apartment level kitchen but does have any utensils. Night receptionist is brazenly rude, plays with her phone with no care for guests. Bus to ski centre and spa were nice. Spa gets too crowded so make sure to find the right time.

I do not recommend booking a room here with Ivana. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Throughout my stay, no one came to clean the room, the trash was never taken out, and the towels were changed only once. Additionally, the shower was broken, and the water remained stagnant for hours without draining. Although the website states that card payments are accepted, Ivana refused to take one and didn’t even provide a receipt, which raises questions about how she handles payments. On the bright side, the hotel staff was friendly, and the swimming pool was a nice feature. However, if you decide to stay here, avoid dealing with Ivana.

Never book a room here with Ivana. This was by far the worst stay I have had in my life. She also didn't want to accept payment with the card although on the site says she does. She also didn't give any receipt because she probably wants to doge taxes. Also the shower is broken and the water gets stuck there for hours. The hotel staff was nice though, and so was the swimming pool. If you want to come here avoid Ivana at all costs.
