Lovely place to stay, would definitely recommend. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and dark overnight which helped us have a much better sleep than some of the other hotels we've visited recently. Also great service at reception with long hours of availability and helpful recommendations.
not customer-oriented, just profit-oriented! very bad accessibility via phone and email. tried to postpone our booked room, but where not able to talk to anyone at the phone and did not get any response to our mail. they got the money, but we did not get our paid hotel room.
