Great facilities and such helpful staff! The room we had was slightly bigger than our friends in the group and was ideal for us. The room was cleaned regularly which was nice. My friend wasn’t well during his stay and the reception staff were so so helpful! They kept him calm and then ordered an ambulance. They made sure when he came back that he was comfortable and checked in with him. Thanks for everything!

We would like to thank you for a great stay at this hotel. Beautiful room with a great view of the harbour literally charmed us. Spacious room with everything you need for your stay. Everything smells clean, clean, cleaned every day. The environment is quiet, we had a perfect rest at night after the strenuous flights. During our stay we had only breakfast, but we can only recommend it. What we evaluate as the best was the staff of the hotel, who tried to make our stay pleasant with their pleasant approach, always with a smile, helpful, for a gift to the anniversary we have to say a special thank you!!!! If you want to enjoy a really nice stay in Mallorca, do not hesitate, this hotel is the obvious choice. Thank you

My stay was very disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and the hotel cleanliness was well below standard for a four-star property. Our room was on the basement level, only reachable by stairs because the elevator was broken. Every time we took the stairs, we saw cockroaches, alive and dead. When I reported this, the receptionist casually said, “Oh, only one cockroach?” as if it was completely normal and didn’t do anything to fix it, instead, when we returned later, there were five more. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel if you expect basic cleanliness and good service.
