Apartamenty Homely Place Centrum

My family and I were absolutely thrilled with our apartment. After reading some of the reviews, we were dubious but pleasantly surprised once we arrived. We did not use the car park facility, so entered the grounds on foot. We were issued with a security code to access the gate and main security door to the apartment. The building was immaculately clean, modern and quiet - we stayed end of September. Our apartment was keyless, so we entered using the same code on the door handle keypad. The apartment was really warm and kitted out with all of the Ikea mod cons - microwave, fitted cooker, coffee maker, dishwasher with washing tabs, utensils and crockery, (plus more!) and we even had a washing machine to our delight, which we used. Wifi was in the room too. There are a couple of żabka shops minutes away from the apartment and a bakery, so we did not opt for the breakfast offered, but brought our own food and cooked. The city centre was also a 10 min or so walk away - fantastic location. Our apartment was a first floor one which faced the courtyard. We has a mini balcony too to chill on. Outside, there was a swing, mini trampoline, chess grid on the floor and hopscotch for little ones. We will 100% stay at Apartamenty Homely Place again. It was like home from home. We can't wait to return in the summer!

Fraud service. In the description apartment should be 60 sqm with separate bedroom with extralarge bed, separate living room with huge sofa, kitchen and bathroom. Photos and description of the room correspond to the Royal apartment in their site. Instead, HomelyPlace have provided me the address of the small apartment max 30 sqm without separate bedroom and without bed at all. In the living room there were two small couches without bed closes, but there was no chance to sleep for two people on them. Receptionist has declined to check in us to the room, that we've paid for. We have declined to check in and informed about it to receptionist. She described how to request a refund in this situation. However, until now we're disputing with them over 30 days and HomelyPlace decline to return the money. So the apartment holder is fraud, don't ever stay with them if you don't want to obtain shitty service. Booked via booking.com. If I read these reviews from google before, I would avoid staying here. So I beg other people - please stay away from HomelyPlace.

Horrible customer service. Have been begging the management to unclog my shower drain for a week, to no avail. When the internet router gave up one Sunday and I called for help, a lady on duty yelled at me "what do i want of her on sunday evening?" The funishings are the cheapest ikea stuff one can find. The worst, however, is the prevalent smell of sewage. It is a relatively new building, but they misinstalled the dishwasher and probably also washing mashine drains in my unit, letting the smell in. The location is convenient to the old town, but you can find less pricey and much classier places even closer to local attractions (which i eventually did). STAY AWAY!
