I spent six months working in France from the UK and was fortunate to have this facility as my home during that time. I got to know the staff very well and am grateful to now call them my friends. My experience was excellent. This place is very well suited for long-term stays while working, and I hope to come back again in the future. I'll definitely continue recommending it to friends and colleagues coming for long-term work trips.
Fresh, vibrant, clean rooms. Wonderful and friendly staff. Great location. If you are staying here with a car, make sure it's a small car as the carpark is quite tight. The only reason I mark the rooms down is because there is no individual control over the heating/cooling of the rooms (not uncommon in European countries). The rooms can get uncomfortably warm
We paid for three nights for the "superior apartment " this room was supposed to have two beds, it did not. There was one bed and one very old sunken in couch. We had to pay for another room, for an additional $670 so we could have the second bed we needed. There were 3 of us. Also, this hotel is not a hotel. There is no cleaning service. We were given one towel each and told to wring it out and let dry between uses. We were given two very small rolls of toilet paper and had to ask the front desk for more. I was required to pay for the breakfast, even though it had already been paid for on the first reservation. And even if I didn't want their breakfast, I still had to pay for it. We tried their breakfast one time and did not eat it again. There were small pastries, and raw eggs that we were supposed to boil in their little hot water boiling station. This did not work and even after boiling for 12 minutes the eggs were raw when cracked open on the plate. The hotel was very dirty. I could feel the dirt on the floors of my room under my feet. The carpet in the halls were very old, ripped , and black from being walked on. And there were ants everywhere! In my studio room I did not have the ability to adjust the temperature. The AC stayed in all day and night, it was very cold. This particular location is not near the city center. It is a walkable distance, but not in an area we felt comfortable walking at night.
