Good location very close to airport but check out time was at 9am? We didnt realise check out was so early. They staff came knock the door reminding us to leave at 09h. This was disappointing.
2 nights stay with friends on a family visit. No fuss, comfortable room with washing machine and a self-catering area.
Very disappointed: I booked this hotel on the ACCOR website yesterday, paid extra fees so I could pay on arrival and cancel anytime. Turns out they tried to charge me more than 90% of the total cost as a "confirmation" for my reservation???? Why would I pay extra fees to pay upon arrival if they take my money right away? What's the point? If I wanted them to charge me directly, I would've paid the full cost and saved myself some money. They call it "pre-authorization", I call it deposit or prepayment, everywhere else call it deposit or prepayment. I asked for cancellation and they never cancelled anything after that. I doubt they were that busy, it took them just a couple of minutes to get back to my email...
