Aparthotel Adagio Basel City

Couldn't ask for better. Centrally located and easy to walk to everything or grab local transport. Close to a good selection of bars and restaurants too. Room was very clean, comfy and quiet and makes for a great night stay. Also very good value. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic, compact, thoughtfully designed and run apartment hotel located centrally. We stayed 5 nights as a parent and two teens, the apartment had everything for a simple stay and was sensibly laid out with comfy beds and all the basics of a good quality. Clean, lovely staff both relaxed and efficient, perfect for self sufficient guests who want a base to explore the city. The "library" of free-to-borrow items is a nice touch, surrounding area is clean and safe. Very pleased with the warm welcome and peaceful but central feel.

Studio I had was big, close to the city center, beds are oke, kitchen is nice. What could be better, the temperature in the room is very hot. And you can only open 1 window, the other 2 are not possible to open. I had a idea there were some items missing in the kitchen equipment, also there was a coffee maker, but no coffee/thee etc. And the bad/showet is slippery and hard to get put. I m stil young but wouldnt suggest this kind of room for older people. I sure would come back if i stay in Basel again. There was a luggage room and you get the basel card for free transport.
