First off, please excuse my pictures. They're screenshots from a video, but I can't post it due to my child being in it. It was one of the best places I have stayed. Perfect for any duration stays as it has a fully equipped kitchen apart from an oven. This also includes a dishwasher, wahing yp liquid and dishwasher tablets were also available. These can be borrowed if you ask reception, including toasters and air fryers. The sofa bed was comfortable and large, definitely not a UK double, probably an EU one. There were plenty of spare bedding and pillows in the room also. The bathroom was fully fitted out with a hairdryer, a bath with a shower over the top, and, of course, a toilet. Additionally, the bathroom had a towel heater, but unfortunately, it didn't work, OR I just did not know how to use it. There's a mini shop in reception that sold all food and drink as well as some little pots of Saxa Salt & Pepper. There was a range of pizzas and ready meals in the fridge and ice cream available to buy. I will definitely be staying again, I love Birmingham and now have a favourite place to stay.
I visited this hotel with a group of friends for a weekend getaway and I had a very amazing experience. From the quality of the rooms, the lounge, customer service and perfect location. I greatly recommend this, and trust me I will be back again soon. Good value for money!
The hotel is wonderful and cosy. It is pretty decent they give free water and coffee. The place needs a few things fixed like a new paint in some of the rooms. It has a lot of places nearby. It has buses and trains near as well. It is a secure building. You need a key to get into the building and the lift or stairs they even have security late at night to make sure you actually stay in the building. It was also very quiet and nice
