Aparthotel Adagio Leicester

The hotel looks very nice from the outside. Mediocre quality of service from management and the staff is absolutely shocking. Staff don't even speak very good English and are not welcoming. You'll see this on YouTube the evidence. Totally avoid this hotel, please.

Ghastly: somehow gives the impression of being soullessly modern and run-down at the same time. Like staying in an institution.

Meals are not insufficient to survive and there is the same dishes every day. I have got twice food poisoning. I wish to improve the food and provied fraits and vegetables. There is not juice during the meals. One benefit, that staff are very friendly.
