Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford

My wife and I are currently staying at Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford, and I’m truly impressed with both the facilities and the outstanding level of service provided by the team here. From day one, the staff have been incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused. I’d like to offer special thanks to Sabrina, Daniel, Kai, Kairin, and Mel, each of them has gone above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything needed really sets this hotel apart. The rooms are clean, modern, and come with a fully equipped ensuite pantry, which is perfect for basic cooking and makes a longer stay much more comfortable. The hotel also offers great on-site facilities, including a laundry room and a gym, which add to the overall convenience and home-like feel. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Westfield Stratford, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and transport links close by. Overall, I’m having a fantastic stay and highly recommend this aparthotel. If you're planning to stay here, I definitely encourage you to look out for Sabrina, Daniel, Kai, Kairin, and Mel, they are a truly outstanding team who make all the difference. Perfect. Even before arriving at the hotel, the team was extremely helpful. We had issues with our train and called the aparthotel to ask for advice about the reservation. Sabina, Ifran, and their manager took the time to help and suggested solutions. Once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the Reception’s team was, once again sweet, available and very professional. The room itself was just as flawless as the Reception team: homey, spotless room with a wonderful view. The cherry on top? Breakfast was delicious, nutritious with plenty of choices. Worth every penny. The location is also super convenient, less than 3 min walk from the Stratford station and a shopping center. It saved us precious time that we have spent relaxing and visiting London. Wishing the best to Sabina, Ifran, Terry, Tapon and their colleagues. Thank you again for making our stay so much more enjoyable and memorable. Keep up the fabulous work and amazing good vibe! The location of the hotel is very convenient — close to everything you might need. The rooms are spacious enough and come with a small kitchenette, which is extremely handy, especially for longer stays. However, the cleaning service leaves much to be desired. They clean the room only once during a 10-day stay, and any additional cleaning requires an extra fee. In our case, they didn’t even do the one included cleaning until we specifically asked for it. If we hadn’t reminded them, they probably wouldn’t have done it at all. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the housekeeping policy could definitely be improved.
