Let me begin by saying this is by far one of the best aparthotel spots in London. You are literally surrounded by so many cafes , restaurants, large supermarkets and many retail stores. The train station is a 2 minute walk. The area is very quiet with many public parks. I stayed in an apartment room and it was extremely comfortable and well suited to my needs as a business owner. The room comes with a kitchen area and office desk which I made use of very well. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very good. My only issue with the room was the small window which made the room very dim when it was morning. I was told this issue is only with the rooms that are not facing the main road. The staff at the facility are amazing and extremely friendly. Whenever you needed something they were to help you and always made sure that they were available. I stayed for a whole month and I had an enjoyable time. I would 100% return again.
Adagio Aparthotel, Sutton – A Great Place to Stay Excellent location just a short walk from Sutton station, with a direct train line into central London. The shopping centre is only two minutes away and offers a wide range of shops and supermarkets—everything you need right on your doorstep. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, and the well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans—perfect for feeling at home. But if you're not in the mood to cook, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs just a few minutes' walk away. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is generally good, though they can be a little slow to respond to specific requests. Overall, a great aparthotel in a convenient location. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
The room was wonderful ! It was fully equipped and the hotel is right by the Southern station. Emmanuella especially was exceptional. She was welcoming and efficient, my mom and I really enjoyed our stay there. We are definitely coming back !
