Very Clean & Peaceful Stay !! Pros : 1) Rooms are very Clean 2) Washrooms are Clean 3) Its well located in a peaceful neighborhood & the nearest tram is just 2 mins walk from Hotel. 4) Location is pretty safe 5) Staff is very friendly & Nice 6) Free drinking water from dispenser located at reception. Cons : 1) No room service as there's only 1 staff in entire hotel. Go for it without a doubt !!
The apartment was clean, modern, and the view from the room was absolutely amazing—definitely the highlight of the stay—and the kitchenette and layout made it feel like a comfortable home-away-from-home. I did notice the toilet seat had some stains, which was disappointing in an otherwise spotless space, and it would’ve been nice to have slippers provided. The location isn’t within walking distance of major points of interest, but the nearby T3b tram connects you to the metro and the 170 bus goes directly to Saint-Denis, making it surprisingly easy to get around. All in all, it was a great stay and I’d happily return. You also have the option to buy late checkout (5PM) for around 45€ which is extremely useful if your flight is later in the evening.
Shockingly disappointing stay: 1) the hot water (for shower) was always unstable, often no hot water at all near midnight. How can people shower with no hot water! 2) Extremely unhelpful staff - - Prior to our arrival, we had some questions so I sent an email to the hotel official email address on Aug 9th. As there was no response, I called the hotel on Aug 10th and a lady told me she never received it and did not understand my questions at all. Subsequently I sent another email to the same email address, there was never a response. - We booked a room for 3 people but there were only 2 pairs of slippers in the room. I had to speak to 3 staff at the front desk who all told me they simply don't have any more slippers until someone finally gave me 1 pair after 24 hours. - There was no hot water on Aug 13th evening and a staff fixed it in a few minutes. However, when there was no hot water on Aug 14th evening again, the front desk staff told me he couldn't do anything and asked me to call back at 10am the next morning! We were unable to shower that night as a result! Although the rooms were in an acceptable condition, the unstable hot water and unbelievably unhelpful staff made it an awful stay! As an Accor silver member, this was in stark contrast with the other Accor hotel experience I've ever had across the world.
