Stayed for three nights in June – The location is excellent, with the metro station right behind the property. Most attractions are within walking distance, and the area feels safe and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a well-functioning kitchenette that made our stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!
The location was great, about a 10-15 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, there is a Franprix grocery across the street & several restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Having a mini kitchen was great to reheat our food, the one bedroom with sofa sleeper was roomy for 4 people & the sofa sleeper was more comfortable than most. Bed in the bedroom was comfortable too although the sheets kept slipping off the mattress corners. The bathroom was also spacious however coming from America we were not used to having such a small glass wall to block the water from spraying out of the tub when showering. The water refill dispenser was great, we used it every day. The train station was less than 5 minutes to get to where we needed. The staff was helpful in giving us fresh towels & coffee pods as we did not want anyone entering our room during the 7 nights we stayed. Having a self service washer & dryer was also a bonus.
Great location handy for walking the city or getting metro. Nice welcoming vibe in the place, staff were helpful with great English. There are steps to get to the reception. Lifts could be slow but thankfully we were on first floor in one of the bigger rooms. We did have a maintenance issue in our room as the patio door didn’t appear to lock at first but it seemed that you had to slam it to get it to lock so my husband was able to do it in the end but I couldn’t have as the doors are very heavy. It was lovely having the outdoor terrace space but a downfall was it was not totally private as it would be possible to walk round onto other terraces at the rear of rooms, this made me feel a bit less comfortable. This could easily be fixed by installing some form of barrier. So much construction in Paris it was noisy during the day but we were out, it is fine overnight. The room itself was of a great size for Paris and there were great facilities in the room. The place was very clean also bar some stains on the carpet in the room which probably just won’t come out. Nice variety and quality produce for buffet style breakfast although limited hot food options and small breakfast room but it was perfectly adequate and we were glad of the eggs, bacon and sausage being included and not just cold food available. Have recommended this hotel to friends already!
