We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Our room was spacious. Staff here were super friendly and very accommodating. The location is excellent - and few minutes walk from the metro - very good transport links. One gripe - our room was nothing like what is shown in the photos online. We didn't have a sofa which was annoying. Also the fridge didn't work which meant out fruit and milk went off.
Not a bad experience, the hotel is clean and very well located, close to the metro, RER, restaurants, safe neighborhood, kitchen is very convenient. However, I didn't feel it was a 4-star hotel. Bed was average, sometimes I could feel the springs from the mattress. I would've appreciated at least a free cleaning in my 7 night stay, but I had the right to one after the 8th night, I think. Also, I would've appreciated more coffee pods (they give you 2) for the whole week. No more pods were included, which is non sense for a 4-star hotel.
+ good location near 2 metro lines, you can get in 30min to center of Paris. room were clean. late check out option (extra payment) was great for us. - the breakfast was poor. little choices. e.g. there was not enough toast breads and no honey at all. we ended up buying our own breakfast from the supermarket.
