Aparthotel Adagio Rome Vatican

We just got back from Adagio Roma Vatican. Great hotel in the perfect location. We had a very clean apartment, with spacious bedroom and lovely balcony. Kitchen very well equipped. Clean and nice bathroom. Hotel is located in a very nice area, close to Vatican city. There's a train station just a minute of walk from the hotel, and bus stop, 3 minutes of walk. You can reach the city center easily then. Local grocery shops, small pizza shops are located a 10 minutes of walk from the hotel. Swimming pool is quite small, but enough to cool yourself, and you can rest on the lounger around the pool. The reception desk is opened 24h and very kind people working there. They speak most popular languages like English, French and of course Italian, so no problem with communication at all. Breakfasts where good enough, but actually the same thing everyday.

A nice, very clean hotel with a lovely swimming pool and decent views. Comfortable beds and excellent air con. My room had a fantastic balcony. I requested to change rooms a couple of hours after check in, as a connecting door to the next hotel apartment room meant I could hear every word said by the couple next door from my bed and couldn't sleep. I was given a new room after some persuasion. Reception staff were mostly really rude to me which was unpleasant throughout my stay. Very easy to get public transport nearby, buses a couple of streets over were handy. FYI - No breakfast available at this hotel.

The apartments are of very good quality, pretty big. The kitchen has just the minimum to be able to cook, the bathroom is standard. The design is a bit old fashioned, but everything is working very fine. The rooms are nice and comfortable, it’s also very quiet. It was nice to be close to some green area, a nice path is passing by going to a wood, perfect for jogging. The hotel is easy to reach by train or by bus.
