Aparthotel Adagio Strasbourg Place Kleber

The Aparthotel Adagio was a cool and calming oasis in the middle of a French heatwave. Everything went smoothly and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that guests were taken care of. Special thanks to the two young men who work reception and to the ladies who prepare the breakfast room. They were all so kind and professional. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its secret garden- it was a lovely place to enjoy a beverage. The air conditioned rooms were updated and comfortable and the location is perfect- right on the tram line, near shopping and good restaurants.

We went for a weekend trip with the family. The location is very very nice and central. There is a parking garage close the hotel so you just need to park and walk a couple of minutes to the hotel. We were staying on the third floor so on the top floor and then we didn’t like the room. The rooms are a little bit stuffy and also the hallway in the hotel are stuffy and needs really circulation in the rooms and the hallway. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and they were not able to manage to get it repaired for a couple of days. The stuff was very friendly and they helped our son to change his room because the Aircon in his room was not functioning properly. So as a summary Good location rooms are stuffy, staff is helpful and friendly But if I need to go again, I will try an adult hotel.

Worst location I’ve ever been in my life. If you are going to the hotel you should park away and continue walking with your luggage. If you prepaid for your stay, you will never have your room because nobody will check you in after 10pm the 24 hours reception is a lie. I paid for two nights and no one came to check me in. Although I called the reception desk from the number they left on the table. I was waiting for 1 hour and half waiting (inside the window like a Prost…) for anyone to come. But nothing (no clients) 😂 When I recall them again they said sorry sir we called the receptionist and we couldn’t do anything because we’re in another city all what we could do is to try to contact them but no one answered us either! So I couldn’t wait longer with spiders and dust longer with no clue when they are coming, I did another reservation at another hotel in the last 30 minutes before midnight. By the way the paid parking was under ground and the metro is passing upon us every 5 minutes and causing a shake to the whole parking like an earthquake. You feel like the parking gonna collapse any minute on your car 😂 worst experience in my life.
