Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave

Excellent apartment for a long stay in Toulouse. Easy access to metro and you can also enjoy a walk over the river into the centre of town. The apartment was self-contained with onsite laundry facilities near reception. All areas of hotel were always clean and well maintained. Staff were professional and friendly. The local area has numerous cafes and bars as well as a supermarket. Perfect location.

I had amazing 2 nights stay with my partner. Room is super comfortable and cleaned. View from terrace - stunning ❤️ Breakfast delicious! Lobby is well organised for socialising. Team is very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place and come back again

Thanks for responding back to my wife’s Lily2121 review. Which was once again very unsympathetic. We had booked a stay at here but, unfortunately, due to unexpected medical circumstances, including surgery and complications we were unable to travel. While we fully understand that our booking was non-refundable, we reached out to the hotel in the hope of some flexibility, whether through a partial refund, a credit for future dates, or even a goodwill gesture. Sadly, the response we received was rigid and unsympathetic. The hotel simply stated that because we had booked a non-refundable rate, they had “no choice” but to refuse any assistance. While policies are policies, many hotels offer at least some understanding in exceptional situations like medical emergencies. Their unwillingness to consider any form of compromise was both disappointing and disheartening. We had been looking forward to our stay and were hoping for a more compassionate approach. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling undervalued as customers. If you’re booking here, be aware that there appears to be no room for understanding, even in unavoidable circumstances.
