Aparthotel Adagio Zurich Center

Great location! We like the apartment a lot. Although facing main road, the window is insulted with good soundproof glass. Besides, we love the strong water pressure. Meanwhile, gym is a little bit small, unable to fit lots of training machines and people. Overall good location, good service and worth the money paid!

The kid's corner in the lobby was great! The apartment was functional but quite small for our family with 2 young kids. There is laundry onsite but only 2 machines for the entire building. Not a far walk from Zurich HB and a few different bus stops, but there wasn't a whole lot within walking distance for families.

I want to preface this by saying this is just my personal experience, and I understand others may feel differently — but unfortunately, I did not have a great stay at this hotel. I was told the room would have air conditioning, but it didn’t. Instead, there was only a fan system that pulled in air from outside, which wasn’t effective, especially during warmer days. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable — my devices kept disconnecting every few minutes, making it frustrating to use. I even submitted a complaint and never received a response. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner but no body soap, which seemed like a basic necessity to overlook. The pillows were also quite small and not very comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast, but the options were very limited and didn’t feel worth the additional cost. Overall, for the price we paid, we feel we could have found better value elsewhere. I hope this helps others when considering their options.
