We had a very disappointing experience during our stay at Alpendiamant Serfaus. We were unfairly accused of damaging property in the lobby, something we absolutely did not do. Our holiday consisted solely of skiing and resting, yet we were singled out, seemingly because we are young Dutch travelers. To make matters worse, the management imposed a fine on us, which we were forced to pay as our cars were blocked in the garage. The owner even threatened to call the police if we didn’t comply. While we were confident we could have resolved the situation with the authorities, we felt unsafe and did not want to spend another 4-5 hours dealing with such a stressful situation. We ultimately paid the fine just to be able to leave. This experience left us feeling unfairly treated and unwelcome. We cannot recommend this property to others, especially if you value fairness and respectful treatment as a guest.
