Martin is friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean, well presented and well equipped. This was our first visit to Kaltenbach. We would stay again. The ski lift is a 5 minute walk away. Ice Skating is a 2 minute walk away (in the winter obvs) The pizza place on the ground floor also serves pasta etc and is a great option if you arrive late at night. The supermarket across the road is useful. We only stayed a few days and did not have time to explore Kaltenbach but overall, we were happy we stayed here and would recommend.
