The rooms are very small, including the shower. The underground parking wasn't warking because of renovations and they didn't publish it ...and i choose this hotel because of the parking ...it was quite upsetting
The hotel is in the center of the city, but there is a little noise in the room due to the traffic. The service of the hotel aren't the services of a 4 stars hotel, the bar and restaurant were closed two of the days of our stay, and the last day we discovered that we had the kufsteinerland card but the personal of reception didn't say anything the day of our check-in, so we lost the opportunity of visiting different tourist places of interest for free.
stayed for 5 days. pretty hotel, good breakfast and hospitality BUT the televisions are smaller older models that do not provide subtitles in english or even netflix to log into. restaurant was delicious, if you have deep pockets to pay $75 for one meal and drink per person . room had no power to charge our phones in walls when taking room key after a long day of sightseeing.
