It is definitely more than a 3 star Hotel. The room was recently renovated. Clean, nice and appropriately decorated with new furniture and bathroom equipment. The entrance of the hotel maybe more heavily decorated, but the room was brilliant. The owner and the receptionists are really nice and friendly. Two of them speak Greek which was extremely helpful. I intend to stay there at least once per year.

I don’t think this hotel is the four stars that claims it is. Value for money okay but quite expensive for a single traveller. I wanted to use the self check in and was told it’s not allowed-so what’s the point of having it if people can’t use it. TV in the room didn’t work well and lighting in the room, not great. I probably needed more pillows as the one I had was not great. I left the window ajar because of the heat wave and the cleaners shut it. On one of the days I didn’t actually have any cleaning which was annoying. I would’ve spoken to someone at reception but I wasn’t feeling great so I wanted to avoid the hassle. Was told on checkin there was nothing to pay as it had been taken from my card but on check out its a different story. If I've been billed twice I won't be happy Would I stay here again? No
