A reasonably affordable solution for travelling family. Room comes with a small kitchen and the hotel is near the subway station. Not much around the hotel except one departmental store. It’s in a safe area. Cleanliness is ok. Amenities, food and beverages, are nothing to shout about but can’t complain when one considers the pricing.
The rooms were clean but very crunched with 4 beds 2 in each room. It worked out for one night stay. The location is great and very safe. The night staff was very friendly and helped us find good restaurants that were open and safe for family. They provided late checkout in the night by one manager but revoked it in the afternoon by a rude lady manager/staff stating they had more guests than anticipated. We were locked out of the room but allowed in to get our stuff and had to rush out. Overall it was a good experience.
The hotel is nicely located and clean. However, the evening front desk male person is rude, unhelpful, and no human consideration. The hotel will be better off without him for sure. His attitude actually ruins the "fun" in vacation.
