I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were great, and I especially appreciated the beautiful bathroom design. The staff was incredibly friendly, and a special shoutout to Maria, who works in the bar and restaurant - she made my experience even better. She was truly exceptional! I’m giving this place a 10 out of 10.
Very pleasant stay. Clean, comfy and fresh boutique hotel, whit a really nice couple in charge ;) Wide selection of breakfast foods, wine card with local vines and a small sauna where you can end your day. Ski slopes are right-behind-the-window.
What really sets Hotel Kristall apart is the heartfelt hospitality. The owners are hands-on, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well looked after, and it made all the difference to our holiday.
