Really nice room, clean and convenient location. Unfortunately Road noise is an issue with trams, and I had the added bonus of rubbish collection. Not the apartments fault for sure, but to note this is a great launchpad for shopping and sights, but not for relaxing in your room, or for good nights sleep

It is very difficult to find the entrance of the place, maybe because it’s in renovation. It is a great location, easy to any nearby attractions, it is kind of noisy during the day because it is by the street when the electric rail bus passes. we planned to stay two nights, but accidentally booked two rooms for one night, the hotel service people offered me to the following night stay by paying extra 120 euros which is almost the price to stay at B&B hotel across the street for one night, which made me a bit unhappy 😀

I was traveling for leisure with my daughter by train to Milano. I booked this hotel due to its central location. The train had s technical issue and we were not able to arrive before the check in time. When I realized that there was a possibility to not arrive on time for the check in, I immediately contacted the hotel. I requested a later check in, I kept them informed about my situation, but I was offered 20 min more than the accepted check in time. At the end I was forced to cancel my reservation And I asked the hotel for a reimbursement/ wave of my prepayment of the room due this exceptional circumstances. I was flatly denied any reimbursement due to their non-refund clause. The hotel showed no understanding, no flexibility or help for the situation and in fact, ignored all my emails and phone calls and kept my money. I don't recommend this hotel who is abusing and disrespectful to its customers.
