The biggest issue: we didn’t get the room we booked. The listing clearly showed a room with a balcony and panoramic windows — instead, we were given a ground-floor room with small windows facing a trash area. And since we arrived late in the evening, we had no chance to cancel. Next morning at the reception i was told that they don’t do refund nor they can give us the room I booked. Another problem: EV charging. The charger in the building wasn’t working, so we were sent to another location — but the price was the same: €20, regardless of how much you charge. I had asked about the cost before arrival, and they refused to disclose it, saying I’d learn the price at reception. I couldn’t imagine it would be so unreasonably high. The bed was rock-hard — I woke up sore after just one night. Reception was there only to charge us. They wouldn’t help with any issues and refused to contact management. When we asked to cancel the rest of our stay the next morning, they declined, saying there were no other rooms and nothing could be done. We ended up leaving and booking a better, AND cheaper place in the city center.
The receptionists are super unprofessional they messed up the booking from the people behind me with mine, even tho I said many times that we don’t belong together. They claimed that I said I will check out at 10 and when I got to the reception there was not even the same staff from the day I checked in. Apparently they didn’t communicate that I had a later check out but made this my problem and terrorised me on the phone pushing me out of the room. Luckily someone could solve the problem, which was that they did not communicate. But the telephone terror before was horrible. How can you claim I said I leave at 10 when you were not even checking me in. And of course no apology for the telephone terror where they pressured me to leave which was before 11. They had 1 job to do and failed it. I cannot recommend this hotel. The breakfast looked disgusting, too. Feeling kicked out even tho they made a mistake is so unprofessional, I never had a situation like this. How can you mix up to separate check ins? Better stay away from this hotel or make sure they don’t check in 2 separate people at once bc the ladies can definitely not deal with that.
This hotel was below expectations. The rooms were average at best, with a broken air conditioner that made the space feel extremely hot and stuffy. On top of that, the walls had strange and unsettling images of angry faces staring down — not something you’d want in a hotel room, especially when staying with your wife and kids. The door handle was broken, and the door didn’t close properly. When we reported it, the staff promised to fix it but did nothing — leaving us with a security risk and potential for theft. We were staying on the first floor, where people could walk past our windows from outside. When we asked to switch to a higher floor, the request was laughed off. The person at the reception didn’t take any of the concerns seriously and seemed uninterested in helping. Honestly, not a place I’d recommend — especially not for families or tourists looking for comfort and safety. The taxi guy (Faris) he was very polite. Respect to you.
