Aparthotel Diamond SPA Family

The hotel was spotless, our apartment was spacious, spotless too, spa, sauna, showers and the salt room were amazing and clean. The all staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant meals were very good and tasty, I highly recommend to eat there. The only downside were a cocktails, alcoholic didn't taste like alcoholic, and non alcoholic were too sweet. The road to the hotel was full of potholes but it maybe we not belong to the hotel so it's hard to judge whose fault it is. Anyway, our stay was perfect and I highly recommend this place ❣️

The hotel looks new the rooms also look good from what was disappointing: - terrible internet, it practically does not work, wifi works with huge interruptions, often just nothing loads, as on the screenshot. Mobile communication also works autumn badly, poor coverage. So you are left practically without communication - the rooms have terrible ventilation (it is practically absent) not counting a hole in the wall from which stank food from the neighbouring room half of the night. - very disappointed with the SPA, it looks not bad on the photo and in real life, but it is absolutely useless, a lot of empty space, 2 huge common showers without a partition and to all this there are practically no beds and hangers, near the showers and steam rooms there is no possibility even to hang a dressing gown, everything is lying wherever. There is no drinking water in the spa!!! You can't even buy it there, if you want to drink you have to go to the restaurant 😅 but there you will be given a bottle of water in glass, and you can't bring it into the spa 😂 that's the paradox.

As of 09/20. - only one entry on the entire resort; just through the front where the reception is - Internet is really bad; can barely load a page. - food is amazing - the actual rooms are amazing as well - sauna is spectacular
