This was a 5 star stay from start to finish! This family owned hotel is top notch and their hospitality is world class. Every little detail was taken care of from ski passes to heated ski lockers and a beautiful sauna. Nina & Ossi were always available for any questions and were super friendly. The restaurant/pizzeria served delicious stone-fired pizzas for dinner and the breakfast buffet was great too! The hotel is clean, well-equipped and located very close to the main ski areas. We highly recommend this place and hope to return!
This hotel is amazing the rooms are perfect with some sodas already in the fridge, the bed can be put everywhere. The service is a masterpiece, because there is the best waiter I have ever seen Mathias, he makes jokes and he is very kind. So if you want good food, beautiful room and a lovely Austrian waiter come here.
The rooms come with a small stove, a dishwasher, and ample space. The receptionist is extremely friendly, highly knowledgeable, and fluent in English. I have added this place to my saved list and will visit the same apartment (aparthotel) whenever I am around the Tux area.
