Aparthotel Fontanellas Playa

A fantastic family hotel in a great location. It is located right on the promenade, with a view of the sea and the pool. The staff working in this hotel is very friendly, communicative and professional. The rooms are large and have large terraces. In the room there is a mini kitchen, a dining room and everything you need to prepare a snack. The bathroom is modernly equipped and I especially like the large wardrobes and shelves. We were accommodated in room 201, on the second floor, sea view. Breakfast and lunch are phenomenal, on a buffet basis. A large selection of food, for everyone's taste. The kids enjoyed it just like my husband and I. We will come to this hotel again.

We had a great stay at Fontanellas Playa! We arrived early in the morning and were warmly welcomed by Marco at reception—he was incredibly sweet and helpful, which set a great tone for the rest of our trip. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional, making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet. For just €13.50, it offered a wide variety of options—fresh, tasty, and definitely worth the price. Overall, a lovely experience and great value for the money. Would happily return!

Very Bad Experience. Not Worth the Money We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and paid almost 500 euros per night. We are very disappointed. The room was not good for 3 people. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the living room was full of ants and insects. The third person could not sleep at all. When we asked for help, the receptionist said we had to wait for the manager the next day. That night was terrible and we had to sleep with ants in the bed. The next day, the manager was not kind or helpful. She laughed at us and didn’t say sorry. She only gave us a new room, same size, without insects. That’s all. Very bad attitude. Also, the hotel is full of kids. The pool is very crowded, especially after 8 am. Kids are yelling all day, even early in the morning in the hallways. It’s not possible to relax or sleep. When we told reception, they just said, “They are kids, what can we do?” The website says there is a spa area, but when we arrived, we found out it’s not free. We felt very angry and tired. The service is not respectful, and the manager didn’t care at all. For this price, it was unacceptable. If I could, I would give zero stars. One star is already too much.
