Aparthotel Giewont

The hotel is a beautiful building with high standards of craftsmanship and service, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They are bilingual so no problem for most visitors. We are a 20 minute walk from the slopes, 3 minute walk from the high street with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. Highly recommend the hotel and surrounding area for a winter break.

A great find! This very comfortable well located hotel apartment was good value with a great room! Perfect little kitchenette for cooking and refreshments. The location just off the Main Street is amazing and meant that we could access transport, pubs and other attractions easily without needing a car.

Few disappointing details about the room - for example very small uncomfortable pillows and 150 pln payment for cleaning the room on check in, though there were someone’s used eye lenses on the bed stand. Curtains holder fell on my friend’s head when she tried to open them. Breakfast was ok, only omlet overfried, didn’t eat even half. Nice to go to sauna in SPA after hiking, but the pool is quite cold. No towels in the spa - written that you can ask for them on reception, which is uncomfortable if you didn’t know about it in advance. They could put 1 extra towel for each for the spa, or at teast ask if we needed them. And charging 150 pln for cleaning while having rubbish from previous guests is offensive.
