Very beautiful hotel. Super close to the ski lifts, terma pools and town centre. Breakfast is great, pool is pretty and staff are lovely, particularly Casper who went above and beyond to ensure we have the best stay. I write this review from my bed, looking out over the mountains - perfect!

Be careful, you might get ripped off – family rooms have access to the spa, jacuzzi, and salt cave, but not the POOL! We asked to change apartments because there was one available, and surprisingly, it was even cheaper, but the receptionist said he couldn't change them because they had different owners. I signed a contract with Aparthotel sp. z o.o., whose website terms and conditions state that the apartment can be changed if available, so I completely misunderstood the refusal. So I submitted a withdrawal from the remote contract, but the guest claimed he hadn't read it and wouldn't accept the letter. Absolute arrogance and incompetence from the employee. Well, our vacation was ruined. We booked because of the children's pool. The law firm will continue to investigate the violation of the terms and conditions, including the refusal to submit a withdrawal letter. Oh, and the employee also stated that there was no manager on site and wouldn't introduce himself because he didn't have to.
