A very nice accommodation, with an apartment on two levels: on the ground floor - 3 bedrooms, on the first floor - a relaxation and cooking area. Very close to the See ski area, close to Kappl and 17 minutes from Ischgl. For those used to the heat it might be a bit cool - the rooms do not have radiators and the temperature is regulated using an external sensor; the hosts told us that they cannot increase the temperature in the rooms. There is a ski room near the entrance.

Unsatisfied with the overall experience. While the ambiance was pleasant and the cleaning team performed well, encountering an issue, resulted in unhelpful responses, notably from Hadi. Ignoring our calls and need for help without an apology or attempt to fix the problem fell short of expected service standards. I cannot recommend this place due to the apparent lack of support in addressing customer concerns.

We went ski vacation in Ischgl , 5 persons for 5 days. 3 bedrooms apartment. The room was clean, yet many kitchen and cleaning tools were missing. After our first skiind day we had no hot water and we couldn't take shower. We tried to call Hedi- the house manager and she hanged up on us! (Anyone who wish can get the call recording to prove it), so we had no showers! She or any of her team never apologized or showed any sympathy. Afterwards she had no problem with yelling at us why fo we dare to complain....We had terrible experince, the way we were treated doesn't worth the semi convenient apartment.
