We absolutely loved our stay here — everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is simply gorgeous, surrounded by beautifully kept gardens with three large swimming pools to choose from. The staff were incredible throughout our stay. A special mention to Elena on the front desk, who went out of her way to provide us with plenty of local tips and information. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a Junior Superior Suite, which was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — a real home from home. Breakfast was another highlight — a buffet with an amazing variety from traditional Spanish options to continental and even a full English. The chef each morning was polite, friendly, and made a fantastic omelette to order. There’s a convenient shuttle bus to the beach, but we opted to rent a car to explore the island more freely. That said, the beach and the main area for restaurants and bars are both just a pleasant 25-minute walk away. We will definitely be returning. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a stunning setting with top-notch service, this is the place. Highly recommended!

A wonderful, tranquil place with excellent service. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a sufficient choice of food for breakfast. Frequent organized transfer to the sea and back. There is a shop under the hotel with affordable prices. The staff is very friendly, left a good impression.

Nice hotel, but not without its downsides Overall, it's a nice hotel – the rooms are cleaned daily, it's well-maintained, and there's a calm, relaxed vibe throughout. A big plus is that they haven’t overbooked sunbeds, so it doesn’t feel overcrowded around the pool. However, there are definitely a few letdowns. Breakfast feels understaffed – food isn’t replenished quickly enough, and the snack bar is barely functioning, with little to no staff. Don’t expect much from the outdoor bar in the evenings either. There’s rarely anyone serving, so if you’re hoping to enjoy a drink on the terrace, you’re better off buying something from the shop and heading back to your room. Evening entertainment is minimal, and when it does happen, it feels rushed and squeezed into a short 30-minute slot. Also randomly got charged for bottles of water from the evening restaurant on check out when we didn't use the evening restaurant all week!! Not a fortune but paying for something definitely didn't have.. To sum up: it’s clean, quiet, and relaxing – great if that’s all you're after. But with the lack of service and evening atmosphere, personally i probably wouldn't return
