Aparthotel Jägerheim is a truly beautiful place for your holiday. There are many beautiful places within driving distance and you will fall in love with the picturesque Alps immediately. You will enjoy your stay here with the very nice and friendly owners of the hotel, who are very helpful and accommodating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jaegerheim, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We can’t wait to come back for another wonderful family vacation! Flachau region is family friendly with plenty of activities to keep them entertained and yes, it’s Paradise!!

Based on the rating here and the price, I expected better service and atmosphere. What was wrong? 1) Staff: They acted like they were doing it for free. No smile, strangely nervous, older man didn't even say "hi" when we left or when we met him next to the house. This point mainly refers to the older part of the staff. 2) Breakfast: No one offered us anything, such as eggs, until midweek, when a junior employee mentioned them. Strange because other guests were treated differently. Why? Slow replenishment of food, no choice of bread. The older lady walked around and often just pretended to bring food. Sweet!: I've never seen anyone serve a doughnut split in 4! parts. They served only 2 doughnuts for approx. 12 people. I counted guests in the breakfast room. We all know the reason and it is not "green" ideas behind it. Check the photo. RIP OFF! Doughnuts weren't offered every day anyway. (only 2 days from 7) The staff exchanged them for waffles. But they brought only one waffle, cut into 5 pieces for approx. 12 people. The best thing is that they brought the ONE waffle later, so late sometimes We noticed it when we walked around in skiwear to Skiraum. Of course - Bring it later guests eat less. RIP OFF! Pros: + Parking + Clean room + Not near to Skilift, but you can use a ski on the field if there is snow. To sum up, I will check the other alternatives
