The location is perfect for anyone staying in Krakow, you truly get the city life experience. The service was very easy to contact and willing to help. Rooms are kept clean and go for a very good price considering how much you get and the location. Only complaint myself and friends had were the blankets being rather small while the pillows were gigantic. We did book this place using airbnb.
Clean, tidy and cozy place, room with plenty space, equipped with heater and air conditioner, and I really appreciate the wooden floor. The hotel located right next to the main train station and old town, and surrounded by several tram stations, which is very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I especially want to thank them for helping me to check in at late night, which was not in their office hours. Coffee and tea are free and accessible 24 hours, which is unexpectedly nice. The only drawback is the hot water is very limited, it is out after 20 mins of use.
Our first day here right now. And it's one of the best appartments i ever booked. Ever. In every possible way. Very recommended if you're planning to visit Krakow.
