Perfect location spacious well equipped apartments and very good service . We only tried the food on the last day and that wasn’t very good too and value for money. Mature gardens and peaceful considering the location. Close to the beach and Mercadona for local shopping (the seafood selection there is so cheap and of course fresh). Reception staff and the cleaners are happy and friendly. 10/10 recommend 👍

The location is amazing — just a 4-minute walk to the beach. There's a Mercadona, Starbucks, and Burger King nearby. The area around the hotel is very green, with lots of trees and flowers. The apartment itself is spacious, with a lovely terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. Some parts could use a bit of renovation, but overall it was very nice. The hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. It was a great experience!

Beware: this property does not live up to its 4 star rating - at best it feels like a 3 star hotel. The decor and facilities are outdated and lacking in quality, with a generally tacky appearance that doesn’t reflect the photos or description provided. A particular frustration was the in-room safety deposit box. Despite being listed as included on the reservation, I was told I had to pay extra to use it - something that should be standard in any hotel, let alone a 4-star. When I raised this with the staff, my concerns were completely dismissed, and no resolution was offered. The lack of customer service was disappointing. We also had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom and pillow case covers for the pillows. Really? No, hand soap for the bathroom. Again, these should be standard in any hotel. I was surprised they didn’t try and charge me for these requested items. Overall, this hotel falls short in both standards and service. I would not return and not recommend it to others.
